What We Offer:

Mental Health and Behavioral Coach

Position Description:
Every child should have the opportunity to succeed in their education. This journey starts with providing access to high-quality early education for our youngest learners.  Our Wellness and Early Intervention Program (WEIP) was created to ensure that all of the children within our program are in their optimum state of health for proper physical, social and emotional growth.

The Mental Health and Behavioral Coach (MHBC) will help create nurturing environments that support social-emotional and behavioral health outcomes for children aged birth to five years old enrolled in the Childcare Resources program. This position will provide support to the Childcare Resources program family as a whole. The MHBC’s objective is to increase child and caregiver resilience while reducing challenging behaviors in the classroom and home environment.
